Carnival

Carnival is an holiday full of brightness. I like Carnival; I enjoy myself with my friend with carnival confet and peper streamers. Some friends wear a costume like Pulchinello or Harlequin. Carnival is a funny day.

Dream journey

My dream is to do a journey to London with my friend. I would like to visit Picadilly Circus with it's famous statue of Eros. I would like to see Trafalgar Square and Nelson's Column and the clock-tower with Big-Ben, a large clock. My dream is to see Buckingam Palace, which is the residence of the Queen of England. It must be very interesting to watch the changing of the guard.

My school sistem

I study at secondary school specializing in scientific studies at the moment. The school starts at ten past eight. Today I have five subjects:english, italian, maths, physical education, french. At ten past eleven I have a break. The school finishes at one o'clock p.m. I study maths, history, ICT, physics, DT, geography, citizenship, english, french, italian, RE, physical education,l atin, geometry. I like playing sports, DT, english. I don't like french, history. At the moment I'm studying.

My next Christmas

I go to the church at Christmas Eve. The day of Boxing Day I go to visit my grandparents. The day of Year's Eve I celebrate with my friends at home. My parents buy me some presents because I am a hard-working girl. I usually give presents to my parents and my brother because it is a tradition. I like getting technological presents but I don't believe in Santa Claus. During Christmas I attend to church. In my country Santa Claus corresponds to "Babbo Natale". I dress Christmas tree on 8th December. It is fake because I use it for many years. I don't sing any Christmas Carols. In Italy Christmas Eve doesn't celebrate at school because Christmas holidays start on 20th December.

My favourite band

My favourite band's name is Finley. The members of this band are four: Marco Pedretti "Pedro", 23 years old, band's singer. Carmine Ruggiero "Ka", 23 years old, play guitar. Stefano Mantegazza "Ste", 23 year old, plays bass guitar. Danilo Calvio "Dani", 23 years old, plays drums. They live in Milano. They perform in Italy and abroad. Their songs' names are: "Tutto è possibile", "Diventerai una star", "Dentro alla scatola", "9 luglio 2006", "Sole di settembre", "Fumo e cenere", "Scegli me", "Niente da perdere", "Adrenalina". I like this band because they are professional musicians; the quality of their performances is very good.
